Maintenance Technician
ProRenter Property Management is looking for an experienced lead maintenance technician.
Ideal candidate will have experience in painting drywall repair carpentry and light plumbing and electrical.
Will be responsible for completing painting and repairs on rental homes to prepare them for renters.
Will also complete service requests for repairs on tenant occupied homes conduct periodic inspections move out inspections and other tasks as needed.
Must have reliable transportation.
Position is typically to hours per week.
Pay rate is to per hour DOE plus mileage reimbursement for travel.
