Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experiencPreferred Skills:
Strong C+
skillsExperience with high performance and multi-threaded programmingDemonstrates depth of knowledge in programming languages, compilers, and application executionDemonstrated curiosity and ability to learn outside of core disciplineAdvanced proficiency with C++Previous experience working with the DoDExperience with hands-on software development and troubleshooting on embedded targetsExperience in embedded systems design, including use of an RTOSWorking knowledge of signal processing, control systems, networkingKnowledge of protocols such as IP, UDP, TCP, IPSec etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
