Our esteemed law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation and will be well-versed in real estate and estate planning.

Job Details1.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Utah State Bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.

Proven experience in real estate law and estate planning.
5.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
10.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
