Our esteemed law firm is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in civil litigation and will be well-versed in real estate and estate planningThis is a full-time, permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package.

2Representing clients in real estate transactions and disputes, including drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiations, and litigation.

4Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
5Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.
6Complying with all legal standards and regulations.
7Regularly communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.

Job Details1Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2Admission to the Utah State Bar and in good standing.
3Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
4Proven experience in real estate law and estate planning.
5Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
8Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
10Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
