Sales Associate
RC Willey is searching for enthusiastic, career-minded sales professionals to assist our customers in our Syracuse store. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in commission sales and experience with home furnishings. Bilingual, English/Spanish strongly preferred but not required. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to reach company sales standards.
This sales position is commission based; however, for the first two months, new associates are paid a wage of $480 per week or paid commission, whichever is greater. RC Willey provides extensive sales training in order to enhance your ability to assist customers and increase your earning potential.

Sales associates are scheduled approx. 8 hours per day, Mon-Sat, between 9 AM and 9 PM with a weekday off. We are closed Sundays.
