Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Description
Looking for an outgoing, considerate, friendly, detailed oriented individual. To assist in handling customer service issues that arise daily in this business, support sales team in processing new business, maintain current business accounts, and look and find sales opportunities for our current clients.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling to Commercial and Individual Prospects
- Appointment Scheduling
- Preparing Quote Sheets
- Answering Phones
- Taking Payments
- Assisting Agency Producers in after sales follow ups.
- Etc.
Qualifications
Interested in a career in the insurance industry
Confident
Dedicated and self motivated
Team oriented, coach able, willing, and determined
Strong communication skills
Must become licensed/become licensed in 30 days (we will pay for training and testing, within 30 days of hire date, study time provided during working hours.)
Individuals will receive an hourly wage plus commissions. (Dependent upon completion of licensing). Bonus incentives are also available.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
